Insights and time tracking
The Today bar on Home shows how long you've spent in each category today, and each category row shows its own time.
Insights
The Insights tab shows your time per category, your focus minutes, the tasks you finished and the tabs you closed, with a day-by-day chart.
- Today and 7 days are free.
- 30 days and 90 days come with Pro.
- Every Monday, Pro users get a short weekly report from their pet: where the week went, and what changed since the week before.
What counts
Time only counts while you're actually browsing:
- the Chrome window is in front, and
- you've used the computer in the last minute.
Switch to another app, step away, or let the computer sleep, and the clock pauses.
When it resets
Each day starts fresh at midnight, in your own time zone.
Where it's kept
Time totals are stored only in your browser. They're kept for 90 days and then removed. They never leave your device and are not included in sync.
