Sync between computers

With Pro, your categories can follow you to every Chrome browser where you're signed in to the same Google account.

Turning it on

Open Settings and switch on Sync with Google account on each computer. Chrome's own sync must be on.

If you turn it on on a second computer, TabHue takes the synced categories and adds any categories that only existed on that computer, so nothing is lost.

What syncs

• categories, their names, colours and order,
• your website rules,
• Focus mode and dimming choices,
• your tasks.

What stays on each computer

• your open and parked tabs,
• which categories are muted,
• time tracking,
• your license (activate it on each computer).

Good to know

Sync uses Chrome's built-in sync through your Google account, not TabHue's servers. It works between Chrome browsers; syncing with other browsers is planned. Chrome limits how much each extension can sync, so a category with hundreds of websites may be too large; TabHue will tell you if that happens.
